What's the length of your average reels?
Our reels range from 12 to 35 seconds in duration.
Do your video reels have a movie-like quality, achieved through the use of special effects during post-production?
I focus on producing excellent short-form video content that can help you attract clients and boost your revenue, I do not create extended movies with intricate post-production effects.
These packages and prices were designed with both cost savings and quality in mind, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Can I request just one reel instead of a larger package?
Our packages offer the best value for your money, but we understand that some of you may only need a single reel. If that's the case, the cost per individual reel is $290.
Do you sell the raw footage?
I do not sell raw footage, as the final edits represent my work and artistic vision. However, you can always upgrade your selected package or purchase additional individual photos if needed.
What's the estimated filming time for package #1, package #2, and package #3?
For package #1 and #2, the estimated filming duration is around 2.5 hours, and Package #3, however, is a more comprehensive package that requires a full day of shooting, which typically takes 3-4 hours, or can be divided into two separate sessions of 3-4 hours each day. *We understand that each client has different needs and that filming times can vary accordingly. During our meeting, we'll discuss your project in detail and create a plan that works best for you.
What kind of equipment do you use for your photography/videography?
For Reel Package #1, we use the iPhone 14 Pro Max exclusively for the reels. For all other packages and all the high resolution images, we use a professional-grade mirrorless Canon R5 camera. The DJI Air 2S drone is incorporated as needed to capture footage in specific circumstances.
What are the consequences if you need to cancel?
If you request to reschedule at least 5 days before the scheduled shoot, your deposit can be applied towards the rescheduled session. However, if you cancel within 4 days prior the scheduled shoot, your deposit will be non-refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash if preferred. If the client wishes to use any other payment apps such as Square that incur extra fees, the client will be responsible for covering the fees.
Are there any additional costs we should know about?
If the video production require any additional fees, they will be the responsibility of the client.
ex: Parking lots, National park fees, props, etc.
